The Course:
Welcome to outlaw country.
Your journey begins at Stevens Creek County Park before heading deep into the rugged backcountry of Midpeninsula Regional Open Space. This untamed course will test your grit with relentless climbs, fast descents, winding dirt trails, and miles of wild terrain. Ride the ridgelines, weave through ancient oak woodlands, and disappear beneath the shade of towering forests as sweeping views of Stevens Creek Reservoir and the Santa Cruz Mountains unfold around you.
Out here, there are no shortcuts and no easy miles—only the trail ahead. Keep your eyes open for deer, hawks, wild turkeys, and other wildlife that call these hills home. Every climb must be earned, every descent demands respect, and every finisher leaves with a story worth telling.
So lace up your boots, embrace your inner outlaw, and prepare to conquer one of the Bay Area’s most unforgettable trail running adventures.
