Welcome to the Fire & Ice 5K — Summer’s Coldest Race!
Think you can handle the heat? This one-of-a-kind event takes place during peak summer temperatures and challenges runners to complete a 1-mile loop three times. But there’s a catch… every time you finish a loop, you’ll get blasted with a bucket of ice water before heading back out onto the course!
It’s the perfect mix of heat, adrenaline, and icy chaos that makes this race unlike anything else around. Whether you’re racing for a personal best or just coming out for fun, expect high energy, great vibes, and unforgettable memories.
We’re also hosting a Kid’s Mile, where young runners will get splashed with water too and experience the excitement of race day in a fun and family-friendly environment.
Kid’s Race Water Disclaimer:
For the safety and comfort of all children participating in the Kid’s Mile, ice water will not be used during the youth event. Children will be splashed with regular water only. Parents and guardians are encouraged to ensure participants are comfortable with water activities prior to race day.
All participants will receive:
- A custom Fire & Ice finisher medal
- Race shirts (for adults)
- Epic photo opportunities
- An unforgettable summer race experience
Get ready to cool off the hard way!
